An accessible, healthy and open city is largely determined by an acceptable occupancy rate of available parking spaces. Supervision and enforcement of the parking policy is crucial to achieve the desired quality of life. Twyns was the first in the Netherlands with digital parking enforcement in Amsterdam, 15 years ago.
We are now taking care of this with our stable and state of the art IT platform in seventeen municipalities in the Netherlands, Antwerp and other foreign city’s. The result: residents with a parking permit are happy that more parking spaces are available at their doorstep. Municipalities are less concerned with fines, because visitors pay their parking fees.
